ImageOn January 1st my Dad and I took my oldest son on his first camping trip. We went to Lake Pleasant which is only about 30 minutes from our house. Even though the trip was only one night it was still a lot of fun for all of us. We didn't do many activities but we got to enjoy being out doors and all the things associated with camping. Most of all, my son had a great time. We can't wait to do it again. Below are some pictures from the trip. These first two pictures show the view of the lake from our campsite. This winter has been unusually dry so the water level of the lake is low. My guess is that the lake is about 20 feet lower than normal in these pictures. Image Image
