This first group of pictures are all views from the trailhead.  The trail starts at the top of a canyon and descends down.  This part of Arizona is fairly well forested as you can see from the pictures.

 

 

These two photos were taken from a viewpoint above the canyon.  The rock structures are just amazing.

 

 

Here's the trailhead.  We're heading down the hill.  It's a 700 foot drop in less than a mile.  Pretty steep.
