Page 1 of 7 On my recent hike to Parson's Spring I took several pictures of the area. This little slide show shows a few of the pictures with my comments. Since I'm not an accomplished photographer I'm afraid that the beauty of the area isn't captured that well. But maybe these shots will give you a glimpse.
We were surprised to see this watermelon patch growing in the clearing. My guess is that someone threw a watermelon or two over here after a picnic. Here are a couple pictures of the watermelon patch and a closeup of one of the baby melons.
