More desert landscapes.  The hills in the distance are the ones that we're going to follow.  Oh, a quick note, Arizonians call these hills "mountains".  I've got to get used to that.

This is one of the hills, uhh, mountains, that we walked around.  Not that interesting.

Another view of the same thing.  You can see what the desert is like here.  This is pretty typical.  Lots of underbrush and scraggly bushes.  And it gets hot here.  On the way back out I'm sure it reached well into the 100's.
