The next few pictures are some more photos of Saguaro cacti.  The hills in the background are the hills we're following along the base.  I'm not sure what they are called.  One trail guide I read said they were the Heiroglyphic Mountains but the contour map we have says the Heiroglyphic Mountains are much further south.

This picture shows a little, tiny Cholla cactus growing next to a larger cactus.  I don't know what the species is for that other cactus.  But it was interesting to see this guy growing here.
