swimming begins
Our pool season started today! After waiting through the cold winter months the water tempurature in our pool and the outside temperature were finally high enough and we decided to go swimming in our pool for the first time in 2006. It was fun. If we're going to live in the desert we might as well take advantage of all that sunshine and enjoy ourselves in the water. As you can see from the pictures below the kids are sure having a good time. Even the grown up ones...
Here is my lovely wife and three of the kids splashing around in the water. Looks like fun doesn't it? Since the water was almost 80 degress and the outside temperature must have been around 95 we were pretty comfortable

The youngest boy is enjoying the water. This year I bet he will learn to swim without any waterwings or rings

Daughter number two was still a bit too cold. She opted for sipping some soda and soaking in the rays for most of the afternoon.

The oldest boy has donned his "shark-goggles" once again. Now there is danger in the water.

My oldest daughter looks like she's having just as much fun as her younger siblings. Of course she was the first to jump in today. She has no fear of the cold.

And finally, I couldn't let everyone else have all the fun.
