Late May I found myself flying down to Phoenix for two things: a job interview and to pick the lot for our house.  We'd seen the pictures of the floorplan and pictures of the models.  So we knew what house we wanted, it was just a matter of picking the lot.  Really that wasn't much of an issue either.  There was only one available that met our constraints.  So after inspecting the only option I returned to Oregon to discuss it with Victoria. 

We decided to give it a go and put down the earnest money.  Within just a couple of days Morrison Homes started leveling our lot.  We were underway.
