Cold Weather

We're not in Phoenix anymore! The cold weather arrived here in Oregon. I don't think it got to freezing last night but it was close. The temp was right around 36 degrees when I left for work this morning. And even now, at nearly 8:30, it is still only up to 38. The expected high for today is 64. It is exciting to be back where the weather gets cold at night. The kids are excited about it too. This morning they started getting all of the winter clothes and long coats out of boxes. It was like Christmas in September.

In Arizona we got maybe a week of temperatures this low. I know from experience that it will get colder yet here in Oregon. We're all hoping for a nice snow storm but if that happens it's still months away. Regardless, we're all happy and excited about the cold weather. Looking forward to more of it.
