For the last month I've been pretty silent here on my website. There have been numerous stressful situations all happening at once and that has led me to dig in and try to get my work done. When life gets too busy I have to let some things slip and I guess updating my website was one of those things. I'm starting to get back under control so updates might become more regular.

My major stress has been selling the house in AZ. It's not sold yet and we are quite concerned. The market is still very quiet. I'm not sure when things will turn around. Hopefully very soon. Selling the house will remove a huge burden from our shoulders. As I've said before, if you are looking for a GREAT house in Phoenix, let me know. I'll give you a very good price.
