While waiting for our home in Arizona to sell we have decided to rent a house in Oregon. It has taken us three weeks but we've finally found a house. Believe it or not, it is hard to find a rental property. And they go fast. We had at least 2 rented out from under us (that is, we got there a few hours too late). Most properties don't allow pets. Our cat is the best pet you could ever have in a house but it was still a challenge to find a place that would allow him.

In the end we ended up with a large 4 bedroom that has a fenced backyard. Probably one of the best features with this house is the fact that is is located just 8 doors down from our good friends here in Oregon. The only other thing we would have wanted with this home was A/C. But I'll just install window units and we should be good. We only need it till September (the A/C).
