Freelance writing seems interesting to me. It allows me to do something I like to do (write) and get paid a bit for it. There's the fun of finding stuff to write and finding places that want what I'm writing. Then the anticipation of waiting to see if the submission gets accepted or not. Shortly there after comes all the fame and glory of being a published author.

Ok. So maybe I'm getting a bit ahead of the game there. My only problem with freelancing at this point is that I don't really know how to get started. There are lots of websites dealing with writing and I suspect I could spend weeks looking through those sites without actually selling anything. If I ever figure it out, I'll let you all know.
