It started last week. We made the move to Phoenix but I'm still working for the company in Oregon. So how is this working? Telecommuting. Two weeks in Phoenix, one week in Oregon. So far it seems to be working well. I've got my office setup nicely in Phoenix (well, it's getting there). After one week in Phoenix I've now headed back to Oregon for my week there. It's a different way to work but I think that after I get the rough edges ironed out it will be good.
