This weekend was a busy weekend for us. It started on Friday when we did the walkthrough on our new rental. While doing the walkthrough the movers showed up with the huge moving truck full of our stuff. They spent the next six hours filling up the rental. Going from 3400 square feet to less than 2000 square feet means that there is a lot of extra stuff!
The rest of Friday and the most of Saturday and Sunday were spent unpacking, hooking up electronics, finding dishes and food so we could eat, installing window air conditioners, etc. It has been busy. Very busy. But we're happy to be in our new place. We are happy to finally be able to settle in somewhere. We will be here at least 1 year.
