We've been trying to sell our house for the last few months. This is our home in Phoenix. The market there is very very tough. Over the last few months we've only had a few showings for the house. There are just so many homes available and so few buyers. The "credit crisis" hasn't helped. It has eliminated a lot of people who could potentially buy a house like ours. We're still hoping to sell soon. Just waiting for the right buyer.

The pricing is very good for homes right now. I have no doubt that if we kept the house for a couple years we could sell it then and make a bunch more money on it. But we don't live in Phoenix anymore so it doesn't make sense to keep the house. We're looking for all leads so contact me if you or someone you know wants a 5 bedroom home in north Phoenix.
