Every once in while I am able to escape from the city life and break out into the "great outdoors". Sometimes these escapes are only short day hikes through the Arizona desert but on other occasions I'm able to get away for a few days with a backpack and tent. These outdoor adventures are very enjoyable and invigorating. The stories listed below are reports from my hikes and backpacking trips. Most of the stories including several pictures that I took along the trail. As I complete more hikes and backpacking trips I'll update this list.
